Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire, a quiet neighborhood situated in the West Island of Montreal is one of those "sleepy" location. The West Island, to those who are unfamiliar with it, is an extensive part that stretches from Lachine all the way west. Amanda Brugel grew up on the West Island, and it is frequently called her birthplace. It is true that she was there for a brief period of time. Brugel lived in Courtice located just outside of Oshawa. The first goal she had was to be an actor, but after a sudden expansion, she and her partner could no longer dance with her. In an article published by Toronto Star, she revealed her height in heels as 6 foot 1 inch tall. When I grew out of male companions and gave up, I decided to give up. A lot of dancers go from dancing to acting. In the case of the Brugel family, it was their drama instructor who pushed her into this path. The teacher recommended that she try out for a school play. She auditioned and ended up playing the role of the main character of Anne of Green Gables. It was the Fine Arts Talent Scholarship led her to York University, where she was a theatre student and earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 2000. Brugel's career spans over twenty years, and she's performed in more than 60 shows that have screened on large screens and on smaller ones. The most well-known role she played was the one of Rita (pictured below) on The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel was the character Rita in the Handmaid's Tale, a series that was produced over the course of ten years.
